Bot flag for Homobot

• Operator: lt:User:Homo
• Purpose: Interwiki
• Programming Language: Python (Pywikipedia)
• Already has bot flag: New bot

We usually speedily approve interwiki bots, but in this case, there are some concerns:

1. As far as I can see from sul:Homobot, you have some blocks for unauthorized launches. Could you deal with those wikis (perhaps not right now, but during, say, a month from now)?
2. Due to some events happened throughout Russian Wikipedia history, bot’s name will be interpreted as Homo[sexual]Bot, thus it is inappropriate. The bureaucrat who asked me to write here initially (in the first few seconds) thought about this request as a provocation. I would recommend to rename the account to Bot of Homo or something similar. (For SUL accounts, you have to ask about this on Meta.)

Besides that, I see no problem in granting the bot flag.
