The patient was a six-year-old female with dislocated lenses. The lenses were dislocated laterally and posteriorly ([1]). The patient was considered to be a dwarf ([2]). The presumptive diagnosis was Marchesani syndrome. At eight years of age, the vision in the right eye was 20/70 and the left eye was 20/200. There appeared to be spherophakia and the dislocated lenses were again noted. At 10-years of age, it was apparent that the patient was extremely short in stature.
